Mission 3:16 takes its inspiration from perhaps the most famous scripture verse in the Bible, John 3:16
Which states ‘For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.’
It has been said that if this was the only scripture available, it would be enough to meet the greatest spiritual need of humanity. It reveals a loving God, who selflessly gives His best to lift people out of death into life, eternal life. This life, is the God-kind of life which the Bible describes as ‘Zoe.’ It is far more than life without end, it is a ‘Miracle Life.’ It is more than biological or physical life. It is Divine Life. It is the Life of Christ in us.
This Life is the Light of all men, shining in the darkness, and the darkness could neither comprehend nor overcome it. This Miracle Life illuminates value, purpose and purity in every heart that believes!
In the spirit of the same simplicity Mission 3:16 exists to fulfill the heartbeat of the Father for a broken and lost planet. Motivated by His unrelenting love for all people, we seek to proclaim Jesus to all people! God’s plan includes the world. That means every unique people group has the right to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Mission 3:16 (M316) is committed to help fulfill the Great Commission of Jesus Christ: “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28:19,20 NKJV
